A pair of tall, slender pier mirrors, each rectangular plate framed by a narrow moulded border and surmounted by a silvered cresting carved in relief with symmetrical acanthus scrolls, repeated in a matching plinth below. The silver-leaf finish has softened to a warm pewter tone that sits well against both pale and dark walls. Designed to hang between windows or flank a doorway or console, the pair brings height and light to a hallway or dressing room.

Condition: Silvered finish with a gently aged patina; light wear to the edges consistent with use. Plates clear.
